    1. Concetta,

Thank you for reading I also have a few You Tube videos that I’ve started to post regarding wholesaling so feel free to check those out as well. Some topics tend to resonate better by watching instead of reading. Glad I could be of help.

  1. I enjoyed the podcast, learned a lot. I am a newbie and the information is overwhelming. However, I know that this is not an overnight sensation and I want to be in this for the long haul. I have invested a lot of money so I’m taking it serious, learning all that I can. I so appreciate you taking your time out to share all your knowledge and wisdom with us. Thank you!

    1. Tina,

Thank you for reading, it is important to get a firm grasp of key concepts in real estate investing. I would say find your niche; if you want to wholesale then study successful wholesalers. It really all depends on what your goal is. Steven Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People discuss keeping the end in mind. Find out what your end looks like and the purpose of that end. Once that is visualized then you can build a plan towards that. Thanks for reading “I’m Enjoying the Journey”
